David H. Papell is the Joel W. Sailors Professor of Economics at the University of Houston, where he teaches intermediate macroeconomics as well as graduate courses in macroeconomics and international economics.� He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. from Columbia University, and previously taught at the University of Florida.

This book is interesting in that you may not find the answer to the problem immediately available. For some' that can be frustrating. You really have to understand the book to anwser the questions.
